Frequently asked questions
Does the property need to be empty for the scan?
No. We scan occupied properties in coordination with tenants and at times that suit you. We can also scan vacant space before marketing or refurbishment.
How long until the tour is ready?
It depends on the size and complexity of the property. After the scoping call you'll get an exact schedule for the capture and delivery.
What happens to the scan after delivery?
The same twin carries on into marketing and leasing, operations and wayfinding. No new scan is needed to add a new use.
